Legal Question in Criminal Law in Iowa
I was arrested for posession of a controlled substance schedule I. Also for 4th degree theft. I live with my uncle and had stolen hydromorphone from him. the sherriff never found any pills or drugs on me. I admitted taking the pills while being arrested at my uncles house, but i wouldnt speak to him at the jail. got out the next day on a $10,000 bond, what do i do? Can I even be charged with posession?

You should get an attorney as soon as possible. If you had a $10,000 bond you must have been charged with a felony for delivery.
