Serious Assault
on april 25th, 2009 i was charged with serious assault after a girl at a concert accused me of hitting her with a bottle! what is the best way for me to defend myself? I have 6 witnesses that can say that i was around them during the whole time that i was at the concert and that this incident never occurred! thank you for the help!

The best way for you to defend yourself is to plead not guilty and hire an attorney to represent your interests.
