Assault
My husband has been charged with Assault causing serious injury and He didnt do it. my husband is legally blind at night and cant see. They said he hit some guy in the back of the bar outside where it is dark. what do we do now..

What you do is you hire an attorney. If you can't afford one the court will appoint an attorney and you may have to repay them
