Legal Question in Criminal Law in Iowa
Assult and No Contact Orders
I pressed assult charges against my ex-boyfriend, I also got a temporoary no contact order. When I go for the hearing of the no-contact order do I need an attorney? Will I need an attorney to handle the assult charges? What will be his ounishment if found guilty? How am I made aware of the hearing dates for the assult charges?

Re: Assult and No Contact Orders
I think your questions are more properly directed to the county attorney's office in your county of residence.
