Legal Question in Criminal Law in Iowa
auto theft
I refused to date a girl and she vandalized my car and phone so my mother pressed charges. In retaliation she accused me of stealing a car 2 1/2 years ago, now I am being harassed by state police, even though they say they have no proof. They have called me in for a third questioning session and I feel it is unfair since I offered to let them subpoena the text messages where she says she is going to do this..
