Legal Question in Criminal Law in Iowa
bad check
i regretfully wrote about 3k worth of bad checks in april, 1998, in iowa (linn county). i immediately moved far out west after i did that.
i am now forced to return to iowa for an emergency, and i wonder if the statute of limitations will lessen the possibility of an active warrant awaiting my return.
