how can i know if I still have a bench warrant issued and after how long does a warrant for FTA expire after?

Warrants never expire. You can ask the agency if one exists but if you had a warrant out for you and you think it may have turned to dust with age you'd be mistaken. Best bet? Answer your charges and take what's coming or risk getting thrown in jail the next time you don't signal for a turn or run a stop sign.
