Legal Question in Criminal Law in Iowa
My boyfriend is in jail on a parole violation, he has been there since 4/28/10, is there a limitation of time he has to sit before he goes in front of the parole board, he is in the state of iowa!

Normally those hearings occur within a couple weeks. He is able to have an attorney appointed for him for the hearing and could determine the reason for the delay.
