Legal Question in Criminal Law in Iowa
My boyfriend's parole was revoked and he was sentenced to prison. He would like to appeal this as it will create an extreme financial burden on him as he supports 4 minors. What is the process to appeal?

He'll have to file a notice of appeal and get himself an attorney. Time is limited for doing that. There are Board of Parole rules governing appeals of revocations. See, Iowa Code chapter 908.
