Legal Question in Criminal Law in Iowa
Burglary 3rd Degree
A friend of mine recently was incarcirated for burglary 3rd degree. he waived his rights (accidently) for a public defender. He also pled guilty. However, he was an assessory to the crime. What should I tell him so he can get himself out of the mess he has created for himself?

Re: Burglary 3rd Degree
If he pled guilty he probably already waived his right ot file a motion in arrest of judgment. I think if thirty days has passed it's water under the bridge, unfortunately.
