Legal Question in Criminal Law in Iowa
I got a call from a deputy asking me to bring my 14-yr-old son in to "talk" about an incident with a 14-yr-old girl from early this summer. Do I have to bring him in to talk if it is a case of his word against hers and there has been no arrest of any kind? They were "messing" around as he puts it and she changed her mind and now says it was against her will.

I wouldn't do it myself. Hire an attorney.
