Legal Question in Criminal Law in Iowa
car crash
i live in iowa......
my girlfriend crashed my car i took the fall for her....
the cops found out, I have NOT! been charged with interfering with offical acts and falsifying a legal document, yet, but there is the chance that i might, i have a clean record, no criminal back ground, just this...... if charges are pressed, what can happen to me.... i was told by a attorney that they couldn't really do much..... to me, only a fine and probation and comminuity service please help me with this, what will happen to me if charged?!
