Legal Question in Criminal Law in Iowa

My car was stole last week. The police arrested 2 people in a different car with the help of Sprint tracking service. When pulled over, the police found several items that were in my car when it was stolen. Cell phone, radar detector, GPS etc.. My car hasn't been recovered yet. I have three questions.

1. Can they be charged with the theft of my car?

3. Several calls were made using my cell phone that was in my car when it was stolen. We have a list of nearly 30 calls. Can this be used a proof that the person making the calls stole the car?

2. I know there two people who stole my car. Can a passenger in a stolen car be charged with grand theft as along with the actual driver?
