Legal Question in Criminal Law in Iowa
I was given a card by co worker and purchased lunch with card totaling a little over 14. I have been called by police and asked to come in for questioning and volunteered to return card and amount of money that was charged to it? What are my options

Was the card stolen? Whose name was on it?

If you had a reason to believe it was stolen, then a crime was committed by you. Your options are to either go talk to the police or not go talk to the police. They will then decide whether to charge you.
