Legal Question in Criminal Law in Iowa
I have a case number from a trial case and would like to obtain a copy of the actual police report. Who do we contact? What information will be needed since we are no longer in Iowa? We were only provided a copy of the filings and the military recruiter stated the police report had additional information and would not provide us with a copy.

You need ot look at the file on ICIS and they usually have a police report number in there somewhere. Or, you can hire an Iowa attorney to run it down for you.
