Legal Question in Criminal Law in Iowa
I was charged with and arrested for possession of meth in Dec 09 during a search warrant for manufacturing. Almost 1 year later I was charged with manufacturing. Does this violate the 45 day time limit the police or prosecutor has to file the manufacturing charge since it was from the same incident?
