Legal Question in Criminal Law in Iowa
Charged with DWB and Carrying Weapons. What happens if I move to another state before the court date. Bad things, I know, but I need specifics.

Arrest warrant. Extradition. Time spent in jail. Potential federal interstate flight to avoid prosecution charges. No chance to play "let's make a deal". You'll sit in jail because an extradition hold is a no bail set of circumstances. You'll have to pay the court costs for your stay in jail and extradition if they decide to extradite you.
There are no good outcomes. There are no good options.
