I am being charged with my second forgery charge, this one is over $4000.00. What will I most likely be sentenced?

Whether it is theft or forgery it is a class D felony which has a potential for up to five years in prison and a substantial fine and surcharges. Without knowing more about you and your record it is impossible to say how well you're going to do.
