Legal Question in Criminal Law in Iowa
I'm being charged with intent to deliver meth in the state of Iowa....allegedly there was a confidential informant that used marked bills to get the drugs from me...Well the police came and arrested me 20 days later...regardless I didn't have the marked cash. My question is can I still get convicted if this without the bills? And how creditable is a CI who is drug user/dealer

Well. These are all things that your defense attorney will have to try and bring out in court. CIs are used all the time. The state may have a lot more evidence than what you've conveyed to me here.
