Legal Question in Criminal Law in Iowa

I was charged in Iowa with 2nd degree theft and put on probation. I have many concerns so I will be as specific as possible. When I was put on probation I had received a defered judgement. Two months into probation I asked my officer if I needed to right down that I was a felon for applications he told me yes. So I spent a year with no job. This summer I was charged with probation revocation due to non payment of fines, leaving **** treatment I left a specific program yes, but I wanted something more suited for my mental health needs because impatient treatment would not allow me to have my anxiety meds and I had a massive panic attack. I called him the next day to say I still want treatment just another way., I also had not passed three ua\'s. I spent 6 days in jail until I posted bond. The day before I was arrested I was charged with a 5th degree theft which I have went to court for and was fined. The problem is my probation officer does not know about my charge this summer, but recently I looked up my record and found that both my felony and the other theft charge were not on my record. I am concerned that he may have found out and that is why it is no longer there. I am doing very well now have stayed sober, and have a job, also I have inheirited enough money to take care of my $2500 in fines next month. So could this mean I am possibly being revoked again? This I already know would mean 5 years prison for me I am on my last warning. Please help

You were on probation with a deferred judgment and violated for non payment of fines and 5th degree theft? Have you been charged with a violation and/or revocation? Paying your fines and costs is a condition of probation. A violation could cost you your deferred. If you do not have an attorney hire one immediately.
