Legal Question in Criminal Law in Iowa
I was charged with possession of meth on Dec 09 during a search warrant for manufacturing. Almost 1 year later I was charged with manufacturing. Does this violate the 45 day time limit the police or prosecutor has to file the manufacturing charge since it was from the same incident? also is this double jepardy?

It depends upon whether you were arrested at the time of the search warrant and what you were arrested for. You need an attorney to review this.
