Legal Question in Criminal Law in Iowa
i was charged recently with possession with intent and no drug stamp for marijuana, both class d felonies in the state of Iowa and a paraphernalia charge. can i get a deferred judgment on these charges and if so what is the typical sentencing? i have never received a deferred judgment b4 and the only thing on my record is a DUI pot related witch i was successfully discharged from probation. i have begun treatment. what is the typical sentence in black hawk county Waterloo Iowa for these charges?
