Legal Question in Criminal Law in Iowa
I am charged with 4th degree theft charges. I dont remember stealing anything from walmart. They said, cashier was giving me a favor and cashier and myself are relatives. We are not a relatives and I check items from the cashier. I was out of town and police office came to my house and threatens my family to put me in jail. I then went to police station and they gave me a court data. I was charged with 4th degree theft charges. what can I do?
