Legal Question in Criminal Law in Iowa
charged with theft \no charge for person who actually stole it?
I watch a friend steal a boat motor.
He has already been found guilty on other theft charges(not related to me) Can they make a charge stick....and not charge him at all?
Even though he is the one who stole it. I have many witnesses to prove it was him.

A lot depends on your level of involvement. Have you been charged?
