Legal Question in Criminal Law in Iowa
Consealment of Goods
If I were to put a bottle of liqueur in my pocket so that I could have more room to carry more objects is this considered concealing a good?
&Could this process of events lead to being arrested with a theft charge?
Also if I took it to court would I be convicted of theft?
&If I was convicted, what consequences would probably occur?
