No Contest...
When you plead "no contest" does that mean that you are not admitting guilt?

While I am only licensed in Tennessee and not in your state, generally, a "No Contest" (or nolo contendere) plea does NOT mean you are admitting that you did anything, nor are you claiming that you did not do anything.... you are simply not arguing the matter and letting the court enter a judgement of guilty on the charge. You are convicted, but you have not admitted guilt.
