Legal Question in Criminal Law in Iowa

if someone is being convicted of a crime like murder that he or has not commited and there are no facts or evidence to prove that he or she has done the murder what can i do to help prove his or her innocence. statements have been made showing that the accused person was not at the crime scence the time the murder happen and has talked to sevaral detectives trying to help but has had the case turn around on them with no edvidence or facts.

Any crime "like murder" is a very serious matter. It carries a penalty of life in prison without any possibility of parole. It would not be prudent to give any advice without a full consultation, in office, with an attorney. You should consult with an attorney immediately.

Agreed. I would also add that it is exceedingly rare for someone to be convicted on absolutely no facts or evidence.
