Legal Question in Criminal Law in Iowa
I was covicted of theft in the 2nd degree a class d felony. we own quite a bit of land, is it legal for other family member to hunt our land with guns.

No problem for them at all as long as they don't give you "possession" of a "firearm." Both of those terms have their own legal definitions too long to describe here, but others can hunt on land you own. You are the person prohibited from possession of a firearm.
