Legal Question in Criminal Law in Iowa

Is it a crime if you by accident visit an internet site that maybe has child pornography that didn't advertise itself as such and if you immediate exit if warned as such? I have no intention of intentionally violating any federal laws. I got a message on my computer that my files had been locked because I had violated international law -it had FBI on the screen. I don't know if this was just spam or I was on a prohibited site - I did not see child pornography on the site. Should I be concerned I have violated a law. Does the FBI monitor everyone's computer use? I understand even deleting browsing history that web site visits can still be retrieved from your computer.

Sounds like someone's pulling your chain. Did they try to shake you down for money? Did you download anything?
