when a cop is questioning you is it unlawful for him to say that another suspect has already put the blame on you, so you will confess ? even if the other suspect didnt say that ? is that legal ? is that entrapment ?

The answer to your question is no. The general feeling is that it is ok to lie to a defendant in order to induce a confession, but I can tell you that juries do not like police who lie to people.
