Criminal Background
I am currently a criminal justice/sociology major and I wanted to know a little more about background checks and if a possession and an open container or my stop sign ticket show up on my criminal record.

You can check this by looking in the Iowa Court Information System (ICIS) website. You can also obtain a copy of your criminal record if any through the Division of Criminal Investigation, it'll cost you a few bucks but peace of mind is worth something.
