if youve plead guilty in the past for interfering w/ official acts (agr) what criminal category would you fall into for that?

If you've pled guilty to an aggravated misdemeanor you are not a felon for purposes of state law. If it is your intent to obtain a firearm, any crime that could be punished by more than a year in jail is considered a felony for purposes of federal law.
