Legal Question in Criminal Law in Iowa
criminal law (sexual abuse)
my Brother was tried and convicted of sexual abuse 2nd degree, in Iowa. He was sentenced on March 23rd, after this date (on March 29th) additional minutes of testimony were added to his case without his knowledge, is this legal?

If he was convicted and sentenced on March 23, and something was added to the trial information on March 29, then what was added couldn't have made any difference at all.
