Legal Question in Criminal Law in Iowa
Deposition: It is a criminal matter, my question was is it true that when depositions are given by the accused, is your lawyer suppose to show you the depositions with in 90 days of them being taken or do you have to ask him to so you the evidence against you.

There's no requirement that the attorney show you the deps or what's in them. You can ask.
