Legal Question in Criminal Law in Iowa
Depositions and Trial
My question is when a trial is going on and all witness's are testifying and they totally contradict their initial statements they made in depositions. What can be done by the defendants legal representation? Can the person be in trouble for changing statements and then thier testimony withdrawn?
