Dog At Large
My 6 month old puppy pulled loose from my hold while bringing him in from the rain. He ran around my next door neighbors and then came right back to me and went into the house. I got charged with a dog at large fine. Can I beat this?

I'd say plead not guilty and go to court. Tell your story and let the judge decide.
