Legal Question in Criminal Law in Iowa
Domestic abuse
My husbad of 44 was arrested for first time in his life by me for domestic abuse. Has never hurt me and never would. I believe medical problems are an issue. I'm handicap in wheelchair with MS and I need him home ASAP !! We both do love each other very much. Dick is 68 and never been arrested in his life.
