Legal Question in Criminal Law in Iowa
Someone else driving my car with no ins
My son (lives with me) drove one of my vehicles that was parked and had no insurance. He got drunk (OWI, open container, failing to yield) plus hit a car with a family in it (no hosp stay injuries) and the car is registered in my name. I expect trouble for me. He will have court appointed attorney & is in jail.
