Legal Question in Criminal Law in Iowa
driving without liecense
i was at carwash police came up to me and later arested me but dropped charges eccept driving without a liecense even though they never seen me drive. Now i have a failure to show up for court warrent. what do i do now this happened in 1999

Re: driving without liecense
In most cases, if you now just voluntarily appear at the courthouse they will withdraw the warrant. You could then talk to the prosecutor about the charge.
