Legal Question in Criminal Law in Iowa
driving priveldges
Trying to help my son. He has an outstanding debt to the State of Iowa for drug related conviction about 4+ years ago. He is now married with 2 children, living, in North Carolina. He has become the son/father we always knew was possible. Unable to afford the fine all these years it has been quite a family effort to get him back and forth to work. Can we appeal to the court to at least get driving privelges? Thank you

Re: driving priveldges
The revocation is through the department of transportation. That is where you should direct your inquiries.
