Legal Question in Criminal Law in Iowa

driving while revoked
I received a 2nd owi in story co. Iowa on 10/8/06. I recently got charged with driving while revoked in Greene co. Iowa on 12/22/08 just wks before i can get my license back. some reason it didn't hit me to call my p.o. with in 72 hrs. I now have my license, but my appointed attorney in greene co. is trying so I hope to get the driving while revoked done and I'm now going through a probation revocation in story co. I was with in 1 month of being done with all this and now I seem to be going through all this mental anxiety all over again. I guess I can't do right by anyone especially to myself to be done with all this so i live on without all the stress. Not to mention the stress I have losing everything I had through a failed business at the age 40. I absolutely don't have a dime, but I did find a job to start back on my feet as long as i can keep my license. IS THERE ANYTHING THAT CAN BE DONE, because I feel hopeless and have no faith in anything good out anymore.

That's up to the county attorney and your lawyer to hash out.
