Legal Question in Criminal Law in Iowa
drug diversion classes
I had to enroll in drug classes for poss. of marijuana. I had 3 classes to attend and on the 2nd class I dropped a dirty UA for cocaine. What will happen to my deferment now, will I get a second chance? Can I offer to pay for another UA to prove it was a stupid one time decision on my part?

That wasn't such a good thing to do. All I can say is you're going to have to wait and see.
