Legal Question in Criminal Law in Iowa
Drug testing accuracy
Is it possible that a urine test comes back
positive for amphetamines and meth after a person hasnt
done anything for 14 days prior to submitting to a urinalysis? The info I have found says that it should be out of a persons system in 72 hrs,I know that this ''?'' is more of a chemist question, but it resulted in the violation of a pre-trial release and now the person is in jail awaiting the court date.

Re: Drug testing accuracy
It is not possible in a normal, healthy human after 14 days if you are sure of the drug.
