Legal Question in Criminal Law in Iowa
How to expunge a criminal conviction misdemeanor, of accidental selling cigarettes to a minor at work, that i pleaded guilty to and got fired for it.

Unfortunately there is no provision for expunging convictions in Iowa except for minors in possession of alcohol.
