Legal Question in Criminal Law in Iowa
falsely accused of driving
my son gave me a ride to x girlfriend to pickup a ring and i went in she gave it to me while screaming at me whole time and then we left was there 5 minutes at the most. about 45 minutes after i am home and my son had went to his friends the police came and arrested me for driving under suspension what can i do?

The State probably has a witness to the contrary if they have charged you. You will need to defend the case. You should consult with an attorney practicing in the area of criminal law.
