Legal Question in Criminal Law in Iowa
My father has had low blood sugar attacks recently,has had cancerous kidney removed in the past 10 days and possible lung cancer.
He was arrested after blood sugar attack and jailed. As i was coming 210 miles to help, he was arrested again after coming home from store but went no where near where people say he was.
My question is, How do i go about getting any video etc from the stores to prove this? Also, how does this false arrest not happen again?
My father wants no trouble and is very weak and is trying to fight his cancer!

You're saying it's false arrest. What was he arrested for, and doesn't he have an attorney yet?
