Legal Question in Criminal Law in Iowa
I filed a second PCR on grounds that
counsel in the first PRC was in effected, the PCR was filed and then a
week later an Order was filed for an invidual case assignment involving
the same judge that dismissed the case - so my question is this How can
an order be put in place by the same judge that dismissed the case wouldn't
that be a conflict of interest or could it be someone else ordering this
the judges case file involving my first PCR? ** (Order for individual case
assignment - judge steensland)
Also what is Order for Individual Case Assignment mean?

I'm not at all familiar with PCR or the appeals process. But it's not a conflict of interest.
