My friend os eondeting what his sentence would be and if the feds will pick up his case

Converted Statute - 124.401 (1) FLOYD CO - 

POSS CONTROLLED SUBSTANCE 

W/INTENT TO DELI (I 

124.401(1)(c) - Possess/Conspire/Mfg - Sch I, 

II and III substances or Counterfeit any amount 

Also get pled guilty to possession with intent to deilver meth and possession of weed class c felony he has on probation he has two class c felony and 2 class d felony

Your friend is in a serious pickle. I see two C Felonies and a B felony for the meth, His probation likely will be revoked and he's looking at a long stretch in prison. There is also the issue of the federal three strikes law to consider, and they don't as a rule grant parole in the federal system. I do not know what Floyd County typically does with such drug offenders who have a lengthy criminal history, but I would not do anything to upset the apple cart and graduate to the federal system. His attorney will know more.
