Legal Question in Criminal Law in Iowa
My girlfriend is 6 months preg, and was sentenced 60 days in jail for driving while suspended! she had discharge and vaginal bleeding, and the jail called me to come pick her up and take her to the hospital. she was admitted and almost had preterm labor! was it the jails responsibility to call an ambulance or medical?
