Legal Question in Criminal Law in Iowa
Harassment
My husband's ex-wife filed Denial of Critical Care charges in October of 2005 stating my son and stepson toughed my stepdaughter inapropiately and it was unfounded and closed. Now we recieved another Denial of Critical Care allegation dated December 30, 2005,and she says my stepdaughter came home with a mark on her butt and said my son bit her. When this is notfounded like the first can I legally charge her with harassment on my son and family??? I know my son did not do this, he is almost nine and she is 4 and bits when she doesn't get her way. Any info is appreciated thank you.

I would suggest that you retain the services of an attorney to investigate whether you have a valid cause of action. There's far too little here to render an off the cuff answer.
